Description
The Mural Run 5K will start at 9AM on Saturday in front of the Von Braun Center. It will take participants past some of the beautiful murals we have in Downtown Huntsville before finishing at the same indoor finish line all our races share (except of course the Front Half Marathon). Registered participants will receive a super awesome shirt. Finishers will receive an epic medal. If you complete any TWO events you will receive a special “Challenge” gift. Complete THREE events, known as the “Hat Trick” (10K, 5K and either a half or full marathon), you will receive….wait for it…a HAT! But not just any old hat, a super awesome amazing hat-trick hat!
Course Certification
The course is USATF certified.
Prizes
Awards may be collected at the awards table in the South Hall after the results are certified (up to an hour after the overall winner finishes).
There will not be an awards ceremony.
Prizes and awards will not be mailed.
The Top 3 Male and Female finishers in the following age groups will receive Rocket City 5k awards:
0 – 9,
10 - 14,
15 - 19,
20 – 24,
25 – 29,
30 – 34,
35 – 39,
40 – 44,
45 – 49,
50 – 54,
55 – 59,
60 – 64,
65 – 69,
